Kate was very helpful and recommended a further appointment, virtual or not, in the future. I found this reassuring. Also the answers to my questions were clear.

I would have found a face to face appointment at St. Cross Rugby, which is my local hospital the ideal but I realise that I was lucky to get a cancellation appointment for a virtual assessment at Warwick just as good as it turned out. I guess it is a matter of moving with the times and being flexible.

Occasionally felt there was not enough information e.g. more definite info about statistical chances of improvement of situation. Maybe these are unknowns.

In general, I think the speed and thoroughness of the treatment I have received has been exceptional and I can never be thankful enough the staff who have looked after me.

My father was admitted to the ward on 23rd august. He was very ill and all through the night of 24th august he was texting me at home. He phoned to say he had been told he would not recover or make it through. We came to the ward on w4th august to say our farewell to be met by a nurse who said what are you doing here. She was so awful and aggressive and put us in a room. The doctors were saw us (eventually) were so kind and transparent about my dads condition and his DNR wishes. We wanted to see my dad to say our goodbyes but were told by the nurses they were too busy. There was no compassion and quite frankly the nurses were so hard and lacked any empathy about the fact my father was dying. There sheer heartlessness has Left us so wounded as family. We are still trying to come to terms with the impact of the nurses rudeness and lack of compassion.

Be kind and have professional nurses. I would like to raise a compliant about the nurses we dealt with, their lack of compassion and the heart ache they caused us.

Mr Hutchinson spent a whole hour with me asking questions and listening to me. There was a student present who was very pleasant. I was examined thoroughly and given specific and clear answers. The nurses were also pleasant and professional. I was very impressed by the care I received.

The signage in the main hospital is very poor and departments difficult to find. Staff do not seem to know where departments are either so it was a bad experience trying to find the places I needed to go. Even toilets were not clearly signed! This needs an urgent overhaul as it adds to the stress of a hospital visit.

Thank you to everyone. I can honestly say that everyone to me is heaven sent and are angels. I am so grateful for everyone's support. I have nothing but love and thanks for every person who has been involved in my care.

NOTHING - Because everyone has been amazing! I no longer fear hosptials. AGAIN to me everyone is heaven sent.

Great staff and kind. Many repetitive questions but presumably so they know they have the right answers and don’t mess up.

I wasn’t kept informed about when/if i was to be seen. I appreciate timings may change but a “there a 3 people ahead of you” would have helped with the unknown anxiety.

It wasn’t a pleasant feeling but the nurse held my hand and that stopped me being really anxious
